Deal Scanner never asks for your Facebook, OfferUp or Craigslist login, and never touches your accounts. The watching happens on our end. Your account only comes into it when you tap through to a listing yourself.

Check that notifications are on for Deal Scanner in your phone's settings. In the app, check your quiet hours and daily digest settings, and make sure the search isn't paused. If your price range or radius is tight, there may just be nothing new yet.

Open the Searches tab. You can add searches, change the price range, or pause one anytime.

Open the app and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the plan screen. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: request it through Google Play.
